Sustainability Intern (3–6 months) | Singapore

Climate Asia is looking for interns who are eager to learn and contribute to real-world sustainability work. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds who have a strong interest in sustainability and a commitment to high-quality work.
About the Role
• Conduct desktop research on sustainability topics, regulations, frameworks, and market developments
• Support gaps assessment and/or benchmarking exercises and ensure synthesis of findings into clear insights
• Support Consultants on client engagements preparation, report drafting, data analysis, and preparation of presentation materials
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree (or higher) in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Studies, Business, Finance, Social Sciences, or related disciplines)
• Strong interest in sustainability and willingness to learn
• Exposure to sustainability reporting standards is an advantage (GRI preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, research and analytical capabilities
• Excellent working with data and translating findings into well-structured slides and documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality outputs
Internship details
• Duration: 3–6 months; Part-time interns are required to commit to at least three working days per week.
• This is a paid position; remuneration will depend on qualifications and experience
